Payment Conditions
Effective Date: 29 May 2025
By purchasing a company or service from UK Companies with VAT, you agree to the following payment conditions. These terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure a smooth and secure transaction process.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
- Bank transfer (GBP and international)
- Major credit and debit cards (processed securely via our payment gateway)
- PayPal (subject to additional fees)
- Cryptocurrency (available upon request and at our discretion)
All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment Terms
- Full Payment Upfront: All purchases require full payment before any documents are transferred or services rendered.
- No Refunds After Transfer: Once a company has been transferred or documents have been issued, payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Deposits (if applicable): In special circumstances, a deposit may be accepted to reserve a company. Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in advance.
3. Compulsory Accounting and Annual Fees
By purchasing a company from UK Companies with VAT, you acknowledge and expressly accept that we will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting and compliance. The following fees apply and are mandatory:
- VAT Return Filing: £375 every three months
- Annual Accounts Submission: £1,250 per year
- Annual Company Renewal (Registered Office, Statutory Filing, Maintenance): £490 per year
These services are required to ensure full legal compliance with HMRC and Companies House. Failure to settle these obligations may result in legal consequences, including the dissolution of the company.
4. VAT and Additional Fees
- Unless specified, all prices are exclusive of UK VAT, which will be added where applicable.
- Clients outside the UK may be exempt from VAT subject to valid proof of non-UK residency or VAT registration.
- Bank or currency conversion fees must be covered by the buyer.
5. Invoicing and Receipts
- A formal invoice will be issued upon request or as part of the purchase process.
- Payment confirmation and transaction details will be sent via email once the payment is successfully received.
6. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted systems. We do not store card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
7. Late or Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and withhold any services or documents.
In the event of late payment on agreed terms, we may charge interest in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first in case of any issue. Unjustified chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action.
